Our workout method is anything but ordinary, by adhering to the core principles of the Pilates method, you will be challenged both physically and mentally. And because Joseph Pilates was a kinesiology genius, we implement his foundations in every style of class. Consistency is key, we keep to the same exercises, however when manipulated and placed on different pieces of equipment, you are always challenged with a fresh take on your fitness practice.
Pilates, Bounce Fit, or Sculpt will all be very different workout classes, yet the familiarity from one to the next will allow you to go deeper and connect more with every class.
What To Expect
When you begin our #SweatToGlow life, you are immediately immersed into a tribe of encouraging movers. Expect to feel challenged as you shift your body in a way that can only be experienced with the journey of the classical Pilates method.
Just like starting anything new, it will take 3 - 4 sessions in order to feel the connection on the Pilates equipment or find your footing on the trampoline. We are not trying to re-invent the exercise wheel, but what does set our studio method apart, is the Pilates method continuity across all of our class types. Therefore, no matter what type of class you take from us, you will be able to feel and see your connection grow while contagious fun starts to buzz.
